we have about 7-10 windows that need work. so we need the whole mechanism and the arms.

Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we'll need a bit more information to get started. First, we'll need to see the fittings attached to the end of your operator's arms and the rail that connects them to the sash. Please also write out the length of the arms to help narrow down your options. Thank you!

when the arms are closed the width of the arms are 22" long
the short arm is 6.5" long, the long arm is 11" to the bend.
the part that clips on the window is 14" long
the opening for the gears to be mounted is 4 3/4"

Thanks for getting back to us. Your awning operator resembles the 39-083. Take a look and compare the wing span of the arms shown below to confirm. We also offer the 39-170 brackets if needed.
