I have 2 36"x34" double pane, double hung replacement windows which are heavy. I used the standard replacement balance on one of the windows however, these were not strong enough to keep the window up. Do you have a heavy duty (blue bushing) 3/8" 31" tubular balance for tilt windows? If not could you recommend someone who does. I will need to buy 8 to replace the ones that no longer function properly.
Thanks

Thin Balance:
31" Series 900, 3/8" Spiral Tilt Balance
Red Tip will carry a window sash weight range of 10 through 22 pounds
Green Tip will carry 14 through 26 pounds
Standard Balance:
31" Series 600, 9/16" Spiral Tilt Balance
Red Tip will carry a window sash weight range of 7 through 29 pounds
Blue Tip will carry 12 through 31 pounds
Black Tip will carry 31 through 40 pounds
This information is based on 2 spiral balances per sash. Balances are designed assuming friction in the jamb weather-strip will carry a portion of the sash weight. Suggested sash weights are approximate.
