help finding replacement hinge

I cannot find any mfg numbers or who even mfg this door would like to replace hinges thanks

Looking at your photos, it appears that you have an older Kawneer commercial door. Take a look at our 79-124 pivot set. This is a newer replacement pivot used on Kawneer doors. However I also believe you will need to drill hole at the top of the door to mount the longer top door pivot. Let me know what you think.
