help finding the right replacement window balances

Please see the attached three pictures. I need two replacement balances for my vynal windows. The bars are 17" long and 1/2 wide. The code stamped on it is 16-3 FE5 CMC 75.

Let's start with the certain details: your balance is 17" long, uses a 1630 stamp option, and belongs to either Series 380 or Series 385. To tell the difference, measure your bottom shoe as shown in the photo below. A 1-3/32" shoe belongs to the Series 385, and a 1" shoe belongs to Series 380.
