Thanks for reaching out! Your balances looks like they could be either the S351-30 with a 1" shoe or the S390-30 with a 1-1/8" shoe. You'll want to be sure to double check the length of the balance, which appears to be 30"; this should be the metal only.

To determine which of these is the correct series for your replacements, you'll need to confirm the measurement for the depth of your bottom shoe.

Unfortunately, I am not able to make out the stamp from the balance channel to determine the stamp option you need. You'll need to double check the channel to determine the stamp you need. If you cannot cross-reference it from the list of stamp options for our balances, I'll need to know the exact weight of the sash.
