help identify this part

The white part on the left of this picture is what I ordered but it does not fit.
The part on the right is the actual part I need.
The only tag on the window jamb is shown in picture #2 but I cannot identify the manufacturer of the window with this information.

I think your window is Simonton brand, which would explain why the 15-192 that you bought from us didn't work, since it's Certainteed. The 15-192 actually can technically work but it requires a lot of adaptation that most customers I speak to don't really want to do.

So, I have good news and bad news. The bad news is that Simonton doesn't actually make this coil balance assembly anymore and I don't think you'll find an exact match on the market.
