These are 25" for a tilt in window. they are mounted on the upper part of the window. I can't tell how they are attached to the frame. Also, I will need a few pivot bars.
In looking at your items I thought the 775 may be the correct replacement but I'm not sure about the matching shoe and pivot bar.

Hi Brian. This balance will actually have to be custom made due to its unique design. We'd be happy to do this for you, but we'd like to see the balance out of the window so we can indeed see how it connects to the window track; the length of the metal channel would also be good to confirm.
As far as your pivot bars, I am afraid these are discontinued and no longer available. I am sorry for any inconvenience.
