help identifying correct channel balance

Question

Hi,

I need assistance in identifying which is the correct channel balance to order. Its length is 21" and has 2020 stamped on it. I think it may be either an S380 or an S385, but can't quite tell the difference.

Hello Benjamin. The difference between the Series 380 and Series 385 balances lies in the shoe. The series 385 balance has the 15-004 shoe which is slightly larger from front to back. If you measure your shoe, you should be able to determine which one you need. Please get back to us and let us know how you made out.
