help identity channel balance for a ALENCO window

I'm trying to replace the channel balance on a ALENCO window. The channel balance is 1/2" by 34". But I don't know which ends to order with the channel balance.

The existing channel balance has "33 3 EN CALDWELL" written on one end.

Good morning, Rob. I recommend looking at either our S390-34 or S351-34 channel balances. I am not sure which of these you have, but I am certain it's one of them. You will need to compare the depth of your shoe with our dimensions to confirm which is a closer match.

Hi Tom;

Thanks for your help. I measured the shoe again and decided the S390-34 were the best match (after weighing the windows i selected option 3330). I ordered the channel balances and just replaced the old with new ones. The windows are easier to open and close once again.
