The sliding door is original to the house. The house was built in 1965. The brand of the patio door is Arcadia. The rollers are plastic over steel. I used a caliper to measure the roller, and it is 1.25" overall outside diameter. The roller assembly measures 11/16" wide or thick at the top/bottom x 1 7/16" high x 3" long, not factoring curved tab with a hole at the top of the assembly.

Your roller appears to be similar to the one used on the older style Northrop patio door. I recommend checking out the 81-256 roller, which is designed to be a replacement for your roller. You can find more information about it on the website, along with related videos for further assistance.
