help needed in identifying right part for my windows

Question

Hi need help with broken channel of one of my window ( see pictures)

window is non-tilt, .5 inch (milgard)

most probably it would be 380 0r 385 but not sure.

also length of my channel ( steel portion excluding plastic) is arround 29.5 inch

. should i pick 28 or 29 ?

is there any number i can call to discuss it?

P.S- just bought home, it has around 45 windows , many of them need repair .

starting with one to learn about reiapr process.

Thank you for your patience during this busy season. We can replace this balance, but it will have to be a special order. None of our standard balances can replace it. Before we begin, can you tell me what the stamp on the metal channel reads? We also can only supply these as a minimum quantity of 2. Will that be okay? Finally, there should be a metal clip or hook at the end of the cord. I can't make it out in your photos. Can you show it to me?
