unfortunately, there are not any identifying markers i could find. I am replacing pivot bars as well that are 3" long

It's tough to tell based on the shoe alone. If it's 3" long, though, it maybe our 26-241. Carefully look it over and see if you think this could work as a replacement. I highly recommend comparing our dimensions, pictures, and measurements to your original pivot bar to confirm.

I already know the pivot bar needed. I am trying to figure out the pivot shoe.

Ah, I see. Thanks for clarifying. I'm afraid this pivot shoe is not available by itself anymore. At this time we are only able to provide a replacement for the balance as a whole, as these are not as popular as they once were. In your case, I believe you have a Series 775 channel balance.
