help replacing my closet track and roller hardware

Question

I purchased doors from Home Depot, and believe they are from your company. The part number in this thread is 23-041....I have a pic of what I need and have attached our old wheel (several have broken off), and the new hardware that came with a new set we bought this summer. We installed 3 new sets about 5 or so years ago and they just did not hold up, I have had to rig them to make them work.

I also took pics of the old track and the new track, the old tracks and hardware seemed closer together causing the doors to rub together when passing each other.

We are considering buying 4 more new sets of these doors for another rental home, but if I cannot get my problem solved, then we will have to look elsewhere.

You may have us confused with another company, as we do not sell doors. We do, however, sell replacement hardware like tracks and rollers. The 23-041 does look like a close match to both rollers you pictured. As for the track, see our 23-241. The important measurement is the distance between the rails, which is 1-5/8" on ours. See the picture below and make sure yours matches up.
