help replacing these parts

Hi,
My drawer sliders on several drawers have broken and I can't find similar ones anywhere! The parts that have broken are what I have shown in the pictures the drawer slides are center mount and the 1st picture is the bottom rail attached to the cabinet - the plastic piece has broken (pictured is a non broken 1). The 2nd picture is the slide mounted to the bottom of the drawer- the plastic piece there has broken as well. Please help!
