Following up on my phone conversation, here are two pictures of the Larson corner key that I am looking for.
Would be looking for the right and left corner keys, with these dimensions.

Hello,
Take a look at the top tilt and bottom off-set corners that come with the 95-249 Larson corner key kit. It also includes the newer "self-locking" corners, which you might be able to use in your storm sash. Thanks for posting.
