Unsure which replacement model for 26 4 LV CMC 7. Not sure of manufactured brand logo appears to be MM for single vertical window.

We'd be happy to recommend the correct replacement balance for you but we will need to see the fitting at the opposite end of the metal channel as well to narrow down your replacement options Thank you!

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-27 or S385-27 channel balance. You need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need a 2640 spring strength option for your replacement balances.
