Hello! I don't think your old top sash guide is made anymore, unfortunately. That said you may be able to use our 18-009 as a substitute, but you will need to first check to make sure all the dimensions match up. If they do, then you would still need to trim down the top "edges" since they stick out too far. Look this part over and let me know what you think!
