inside hinge is not a bolt but a cylinder with a spring and top and bottom short bolts that slide up inside door hinge and held in place with the spring.

Take a look at our 40-165 hinge pin kit to see if this could be used to repair you hinge. I have personally used this kit in the past to fix storm door hinges of many types. In some cases I had to reuse the existing pin from the storm door and use the bushings and springs from the kit, but that's something you have to kind of figure as you go through the repair. Also look at the 40-153 complete hinge, which is used on some Larsen storm doors.
