Take a look at our 39-091 and 39-092 ROTO operators, along with the 36-048 hinge set. The link arm that attaches the operator to the sash was discontinued by Roto and is no longer available. Compare our dimensions to yours to see if these match what you need; just be sure to replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time.
