Need help finding the hinge in the photos. This is the hinge mounted to the cabinet (not the bi-fold hinge).

Thanks for posting! We do not have an exact replacement match for your existing cabinet hinges but our 32-344 Large Opening Angle Blum Cabinet Hinge and Plate Set and 32-349 Soft Close Concealed Hinge Set may be worth considering. I cannot make any guarantees that they will be a fit but take a look over the dimensions. Compare them to see if this could possibly be a fit for your repairs.
