OK the Anderson part # is 7168-18 I am adding pictures of yours & Anderson Do you think yours will work Or do you have the Anderson part

Thanks for writing in. We don't have the exact Andersen part, but we have recommended our 36-048 in the past to replace this hinge. Look over the dimensions and let me know if they differ in any way.

I'd like to order the correct replacement for this part. The slider decayed and is not shown in this photo. The window is on the left when facing from outside.

Please respond with the appropriate part number. This original part is stamped 7168-18.

Hello, Jimmy. I think the 36-048 that I mentioned earlier in this thread is our best bet for this. The catch is that you do have to replace the top and bottom at the same time; since our hinge has a different design you will need to replace both in order to have an even operation. The video below will go into more detail.
