Thank you again for your patience with us. Have a look at both our 79-123 and 79-124 which are both used on Kawneer commercial doors. As for the center pivot you're showing us, we do offer a replacement, however, it does not appear to look like yours. I can't say for sure if yours even needs to be replaced at this time. It could be you may just need to adjust your existing bottom pivot you now have on your door. Review both parts mentioned and let us know if any other questions come up.
