home window crank

Home Owner from clearwater
need to replace mine. i have a "RUSCO", with paton number: 2732.727. . there is no other numbers on product. I have no idea how old my crank is. I have pictures of crank but I dont see a way to send it to you.

Hey, Marla. We will need those pictures. If you look at the bottom of the post submission form, you'll see a button that says "Choose File." If you click on that, you'll be able to upload your photos.

Thanks for the photos, Marla. I am afraid your part is no longer made. However, we do carry the newer style of Rusco operators. They're not as heavy duty as yours, but these are the only ones that are available. See our 39-256B and 39-257B cranks. Do you think you could make these work for you?

what about the second pic? It is dofferent. will the o9ne you gave me fit both? the second crank pic has a different shaped lower screw in part shape.

Oh, I'm sorry, I thought you were only looking for the RUSCO operator. I'm afraid I can't get a good look at the operator in your second picture. We may be able to help with the second one, but I will need you to show us a clear picture of it out of the window just like you showed the other one. In the meantime, see our 39-410 to see if this is a possible match.
