please help me identify and replace the operating mechanism for this window

could not find any manufacture or identifying information on the window frame

Hello,

Take a look at the video below that shows the two pairs of Encore operators that we carry. The correct replacements for your windows will depend on the track slider attached to the end of the straight arm of your operator. Take a look and please note that both operator pairs are compatible with the 39-375 and 39-376 handle and cover kits. Thank you!
