hook

A quick learner from cedar rapids iowa says:
The hook at the end of the string is slightly too wide to fit into the hole when trying to install...any suggestions?

Thanks for your patience. The hook that came on the S385-18 balance is our 62-106, which is .290 inches wide. Your original hook is .27775 inches wide. This difference is within the AAMA guide lines of the window manufacturing. You can likely widen the hole slightly to let the new hook attach. Let me know how it goes.
