These window guides have worn down/broken to the point that the screw head is riding on and gouging/shaving the aluminum window track. Not sure if the aluminum track is part of the frame or removable, but I definitely need the guides.

Your guide appears to be broken. Seeing an undamaged photo would be helpful in determining what replacement guide you will need. Are you able to show us a complete one with some dimensions as well?
