housing covers and cranks

Home Owner from Barbeau, Michigan
Some of our housing covers and cranks were miss placed during construction. We need 6 covers and 6 cranks. I have shared pictures of the fronts and backs of both.

I think we can help you with these covers, but before I recommend anything I want to be sure of what operator you have. That way I'll know that the part I recommend is compatible. Can you show me a photo of the original operator without the cover? Thanks!

The first picture is from the front and the second picture is from the top. Both pictures are of the same item.

It appears that the cover is still on this operator. As per my previous response, I'd like to see it without the cover if at all possible.

Ok. Sorry, I didn't understand. All of them are already like this. It is the white plastic piece I need that fits over them. Here are some more pictures. Do I need to remove one of the other covers (not sure I know how) or is this enough information?

The photos are

One with a window with the white plastic cover on
One with me holding the white plastic cover next to a window that needs one.
The inside of one of the white plastic covers I have. (I need 6 more and also 6 cranks.)
A close up of the number inside the white plastic cover

Oh wow, this clarifies things. I'm sorry about that, the confusion was definitely on my end. You showed me exactly what I asked for, I just didn't realize what I was looking at.

So, this is a bit of a weird one. It looks like you have a detachable cover that's meant to go over an operator that already has a cover. The cover that's already on your operator is, presumably, permanently affixed; this is how Truth and other similar manufacturers did it back in the day. They now all have detachable covers as a rule and I assumed that's what you were working with.

I've never seen a detachable cover that goes over a permanent cover. I can tell you with confidence that we unfortunately don't sell a replacement for this.

However, I can at least tell you that based on the design of the original operator, our 39-232 handle will likely replace your original. While we can't replace that cover, we can at least offer the handle.

Sorry again for the confusion, and for the fact that we can't offer you this ancillary cover.
