I have the 85-011 and it's not thick enough. I'm considering the 85-014. I want to know the dimension that's under the 1/4" flat part on your web picture

We don't have a 1/4" dimension on the 85-014. Can you specify exactly what you want us to measure? The 85-014 is 3/16" thick and 7/32" wide.
