how to install the 67-014

I have received the 67-014 clips for my Better Bilt Windows but I am uncertain on how to install them. Do you have any examples for me

Thanks for posting. There should be holes in the frame into which you snap the new face guide.

Its not that easy as you stated above. Does the long side go behind the frame? When trying to get the long side behind the frame and the pins into the holes the pins bend so much that they can break. Help!

The long side does go behind the track in the main frame of the window. You say you are having trouble snapping it into the sash. It's possible it's bigger than our original face guide. Try shaving down the nylon locking tabs, maybe that will give you enough play for it to snap into you window.
