how to remove old aluminum storm window broken corners

Hello, I have an old aluminum-frame and stamped storm window with broken plastic/nylon corners that won't come out even after drilling. Could you give me some suggestions to remove the broken and stuck pieces? I need to remove the corners in order to replace the latches (also of white plastic, but brittle). Thank you.

It's possible the legs are pinned in. Look along the face of the frame where the corners are installed. Do you see if the frame kind of pinches in at certain points? If so, it's likely your corners are indeed pinned in. You would have to drill those pinches out.
