how to replace door rollers and guides

Home Owner from Boca Raton Florida
I identified and bought from Swisco the rollers to replace the ones that are not functioning properly on my mirrored closet door. I bought the 23-027 and the 23-026. I have been looking for instructions to install them. Do you have any instructions for fixing the door with these two parts? I have called several glass door places and shops and they all only want to sell me new doors but the mirror doors are fine - just not sliding well. If you have written instructions I would very much appreciate it. Thank you.

Thanks for contacting us! We don't have explicit instructions for these parts, but installation is fairly straight forward. You want to remove the door from the closet and place it on a stable surface, like a table or a pair of saw horses. Then you'll need to work the old rollers out with a pair of needle nose pliers. They're probably hooked into slots. There's no trick or secret to this, you just need to get a good grip on them and work them out as best as you can. This is where most people get tripped up, since the hooks can be difficult to dislodge, but you'll have to try your best.

Once the old guides are out, you hook the new rollers in the same way. When you put the closet door back in, you put the bottom roller in first then lean the door up and put the top roller in the track.

Let me know if you have any questions.
