Thank you for your patience during this busy season. Your balance is actually a match for either our S380-30 or S385-30, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. The Series 380 has a 1" deep shoe and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" deep shoe so you'll need to measure as shown below. As for what spring strength option to select, we recommend the 2965 option. A pair of balances with this stamp will support a sash weighing 35 to 39 pounds.

yes i have determined with the help of your experts that it is a s385. one of the balances i removed from another window has a 2950 rating but i weighed the window sash and it weighs 37 lbs. i am going to go with the 2965 option. thank you for all your assistance.
