id weather strip

Hello my name is Russ. I have weather strip on casement windows which are failing. They are either vinyl or rubber and are very pliable. The base extension is either 3/16 or possibly 1/4. The width of the of the folded area attached to the base extension is either 1/4 or 5/16. The distributor of these windows was RHD window and door. I believe they got the windows from Empire Pacific windows who were bought out by Cascade Windows in I believe are in Spokane. I am starting with your company to try to find replacement weather strip. If you can help identify this or give me and alternative replacement that would be the greatest of help.
