Thanks for posting! I believe we may be able to supply you with a suitable replacement for your existing balances but I'll need to see photos of an undamaged balance to identify the right replacement.

I am specifically looking to see the attachments that could be installed to the top and/or bottom of the channel as well as any that could be left behind in the window. These are important for how the balance installs and functions in the window, so we'll need to see them to ensure we are getting you setup with the right assemblies.

I will also need to know the exact weight of the sashes for the balances you are looking to replace. Unfortunately, it will not be likely that we can cross-reference the 2790 stamp from the 28" balance, so I'll need to know the exact weight to be sure that the replacement will have a weight range that can properly support your sash. Since I do not know the stamp from the 41" balance, it would be a good idea to get it just in case we aren't able to cross-reference it.
