How do I indentify type of balance for Andersen windows?

You'll need to tell us what numbers are printed on the balance box itself. See the video below to see how to remove your balance from the window.

Our 1970's Andersen window balance has the number
a19 927 32 on it. What is the replacement part number please? Diana

I recommend our 24-939, which can replace Andersen balance boxes stamped with "927."
