Thanks for reaching out to us! The window balance you have here is the plain channel S770-11 Channel Balance assembled with an 11C stamp and the 15-043 Terminal Clip. It is a custom assembly and it isn't a balance we currently have in stock, so there will be a 5 to 6 week lead time.

The shoe you have can be replaced with the 15-281 Pivot Shoe. I'm fairly confident this replacement should work but carefully review and compare the dimensions below to confirm that it will be a fit.

This shoe is sold separately from the balance so you'll need to remember to add it to the cart along with the balances from the order link.
