Could you please help me identify the latch in the attached pic.? It broke and my building Staff do not have spares. I would like to buy it and have it shipped asap to Miami FL if possible.

It looks like your whole door handle is missing. I recommend something like our 82-086 handle set. I believe this can work for you as a replacement, but look it over to confirm everything matches up.
