identify the part

Hello,
Thank you for your help. I have a sliding window that cannot be open or bestir say cannot keep open. I am attaching pictures of the broken part (first 2 pictures) that my handyman believes is the problem: top sash guide. measurement: 11/2 inch long and 1/2 inch wide. Attached are also pictures of a replacement part that I have but it does not look like the broken one. The other picture is the sticker of the type of the window.

Thank you for contacting us. The top sash guide in your second picture looks like our 18-166, and the first picture looks like our 19-005 top balance attachment. I am not sure what balance you have since I also do not see the bottom attachment, but it may be our 15-004. If it is, I recommend our Series 385 channel balance.
