identifying Milgard window channel balance

I need to order replacement channel balancers for my milgard windows but with so many options I'm not sure which is the correct one. Can you tell from the attached pictures which ones I need? The marking on one balancer is:

32 5 CU CMC 2

It's hard to make out what balance you have based on these pictures. Start by looking at our Series 380 channel balance, this may be what you need. Just make sure that the bottom shoe, the 15-005, is the same as yours.
