identifying crank operator

I need the following part, looks like EntryGard Dual Arm Operator
Product Code: 39-031. I believe my window swings left (please see photo)?
I have 3 other photos I'll send in the next email. You can see it says "Truth" and a # of 41012. Thx, Drissana

Your operator looks like a closer match to one of the Encore operator pairs featured in the video below. The determining factor would be the type of fitting used to attach the long arm to the sash track. Take a look at the related options and let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you. It appears my crank operator is the 39-253LB with the corresponding black piece 39-529. Do I also have to purchase a cover for the handle? If so, please identify the part for me. Currently, my handle does not fold.

You are correct that the handle and cover are sold separately for these operators. See the 39-451 standard or 39-375 folding handle with cover used with the 39-253LB operator.
