Hi, I need to replace two 23 inch, 9/16 wide tube with stamp 22 EAD window channel balance tubes for Marvin windows that tilts out to remove them. Sash weighs 19.4 lbs. Please see pictures. One of the channel tubes is an old one that was removed from my window. The other is a spare new one I had ordered.

Unfortunately, Marvin has exclusive rights to the balance hardware shown in your photos and, unfortunately, will not allow us to supply it.
