in need of widow balances

Question

I had a window company come to my house and removed my window balances. They took them to there shop and called me 8 weeks later and said the parts came in.Photo is #1 I took photos of the existing and broken balances #2 and #3. Do you have the right parts in stock? I need 3 for a 36 inch window

Hello! If I'm following correctly, your old balance had a plastic "P" shaped hook that goes in a hole, while the new balance they sent you has a screw tab. This is pretty common, and we have a very easy solution for it. You can use our 26-200 screw plug, which just pops in that same hole, allowing you to screw the new balance in normally.
