I'm not sure what you mean by an inner panel. That said, I have used the 58-055 off set bubble to replace weather stripping on Pella casement window storm panels. That's no guarantee it's what you have, but give it a look and see what you think. If this isn't a match, show us a picture of your existing seal from an angle that clearly displays the profile. We will do our best to find a better match.
