Storn door latch is an inside of door 1 3/4 inch centers that latchs on a 2 inch metal bar. White in color. The only marking is Cmech

I believe you have an older Forever door handle. We do not carry this handle, and I don't even know if it is still available. We do have the 40-058 handle set, which has the same hole pattern that I believe is in your old storm door. However you will need to adapt the strike plate when installing the 40-058.
