I would like to replace door assembly and latch plate. enclosed are photos and my measurements vrs your product 40-049. my door is ~20 years old.

Can you supply parts and give me estimated total cost.

Hi, William. Customers with this Pado assembly have been able to use the 40-049 in the past but, unfortunately, we do not have any thing closer to the exact dimensions you've provided.

Did customers using the Pado assembly have to make modifications to the door? If modifications are necessary what are they?

Based upon your recommendation, if I purchase the 40-049 and it does not fit will your refund total cost plus S & H?

This is the closest option that we carry. It's possible that modifications may need to be made, though we've recommended this to many customers with Pado hardware without the customers stating that modifications were needed. You're welcome to give it a try and you can view our return policy here.
