attachment holes on 3 inch center--only name found was on top of door handle plastic ---(international)  ---handle length 7 inches  patio door was installed in 1977

Thanks for posting. Our 82-060 looks similar to the hardware in your photos, and it, too, is for an International brand door. Look it over and see what you think.
