do  you have to take the side pcs off to install the rollers

To remove the 81-005, I recommend that you lay the door down on a table or saw horses, unscrew the two bottom frame screws, and then use a block of wood and hammer to gently carefully knock off the bottom door rail. You should then be able to replace these rollers.
