Is there a diagram of the parts and installation for the coil, pivot shoe  and coil balance strap?

Straightforwardly, there is not an installation guide for any given coil balance part. However, you can see a video on the right-hand side of the screen, which will show you how to replace coil balances. That may help you. Let me know if you have questions.
