installing awning window operator

Greetings, called this a.m. and was referred to the video on your home page. But I fear my set up seems quite different. Here are some photos. I'll call in the a.m. How can I remove it?

Thanks for posting! To remove this kind of operator, you will need to first take off the wood trim covering it. Check out the video below. The operator featured here is different, but the principle is more or less the same.
