instructions on how to replace 23-027

Hi,
We just purchased some of your 23-027 top sliding rollers. I was able to get one-out and installed the new one, but it was not a smooth operation. Could you please provide some instructions or tips on removing and replacing the this roller Assy onto the door.

To replace the 23-027. you will need to remove the door from the track and lay it down on a flat and stable surface. From there you should be able to work out the self locking clip out of the door frame cut out. We usually use pliers. You would work the new one in the same way.
